G'day, how's it goin?

I'm Cal, an Art Director from Sydney (actually Wollongong but who cares).

My interest in photography, design, illustration, art, music and film made my career planning a nightmare, until I found art direction, which has really helped me wrangle a bunch of my creative interests into one nice tidy little career. Phew!

It's all of these interests that fuel my work and creative curiosity. I value the human touch in my craft and embrace imperfections, they are the tell-tale signs that the work was made with hands and not automated by a prompt-hungry robot. But those can be helpful too.

Like most creative professionals, I've made peace with my caffeine addiction, so gimme a buzz if you're up for a good brew and an even batter yarn.
